About Odd One Out
You will see a grid of pictures where nearly all of them are the same, but one is different. Look carefully and tap the odd one out. When you find it, you score a point and a new grid appears, a little bigger than the last, which makes the different picture harder to spot. You have 60 seconds to find as many as you can. If you tap a wrong picture, nothing bad happens, just keep looking for the right one.
Tips for kids
Do not stare at just one spot. Let your eyes sweep across the whole grid, row by row, and the different one will often jump out. As the grid grows, take a breath and scan calmly rather than rushing. Speed comes naturally with a bit of practice.
Why it is good for kids
Odd One Out builds visual attention, focus and the ability to notice small differences, skills that help with reading and careful looking. Because it grows with each correct answer, it stays just challenging enough to be exciting.
